Salsa is a dance form with origins from Cuba. It is generally associated with the salsa music style, although it may be danced under other types of tropical music. We think Salsa is the most quicker dance and you have to be moving all the time to not lose the fast music.

CHA-CHA-CHA:

The cha-cha-cha, or simply cha-cha, is the name of a dance of Cuban origin. This type is more sensual and more precise. The easier way to dance it is counting one, two, tree, cha-cha-cha!!

BALLET

This is a classic type of dance.
To dance ballet you can use two diferent kind of shoes:

Soft Ballet Shoes. These are the shoes you'll wear as a beginner. Soft shoes slip easily and come with or without straps, depending on how you want to wear them.

Pointe Shoes. Once you've got more experience, you'll move on to wearing pointe shoes. Pointe shoes allow the dancer to balance on the toes, with the foot and toe supported by the shoe itself. It's absolutely necessary that a pointe shoe fit properly. There's a lot of different models according to your feet's shape.
